2. Products & Authenticity

We offer a curated selection of pure, ethically sourced Oudh oils, Oudh wood, incense, floral attars, and luxury ritual accessories. Every product is handcrafted or artisan-distilled in small batches, and may vary slightly in texture, color, or scent.

  • All products are for personal use only.

  • Product images are for reference. Actual packaging and tone may differ due to artisanal nature.

  • No synthetic additives, alcohol, or dilutions are used unless clearly mentioned.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in your local currency or in USD, depending on your region.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and Shopify-approved payment gateways.

  • No cash-on-delivery is accepted unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious

  • Bulk orders deemed to be for resale or duplication

  • Orders from users with a history of abuse, chargebacks, or returns

Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled if they are already in processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs, and seasonality.

  • UAE orders typically ship within 2–3 business days

  • International orders may take 5–14 business days

  • Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or import taxes imposed by your country

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Due to the intimate and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will replace or refund any item:

  • That is damaged during shipping

  • That was wrongly delivered (wrong item or quantity)

  • That has a verified defect or leakage

We do not refund for:

  • Minor variations in scent, bottle color, or packaging

  • User allergies or sensitivity

  • Incorrect addresses provided during checkout

7. Misuse, Fraud, & Abuse

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or ban users or orders based on:

  • Multiple excessive return/refund requests

  • Use of fake identities or addresses

  • Abusive communication or threats

  • Attempts to tamper with site pricing or coupons

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated checkouts

Legal action may be pursued for any fraudulent use, identity theft, or abuse of our intellectual property.
