We understand that purchasing fine fragrance and wellness products online requires confidence. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that protects both our customers and the integrity of our products.
✨ Due to Hygiene and Quality Standards:
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used fragrance oils, attars, incense, or samples.
✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

The wrong item was delivered

The item arrived damaged in transit

There is a proven manufacturing defect
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo or video evidence.
❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

Discovery sets, miniatures, or samples

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods

Opened, tested, or tampered items

Delays due to customs clearance

If approved, you will receive return instructions

Refunds (minus shipping fees) are processed within 7 working days after receipt of returned items
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error is on our part.
