We understand that purchasing fine fragrance and wellness products online requires confidence. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that protects both our customers and the integrity of our products.

✨ Due to Hygiene and Quality Standards:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used fragrance oils, attars, incense, or samples.

✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item arrived damaged in transit

  • There is a proven manufacturing defect

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo or video evidence.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Discovery sets, miniatures, or samples

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods

  • Opened, tested, or tampered items

  • Delays due to customs clearance

📩 Return Process:

  • Contact orders@oudhand.com with subject: "Return Request + Order Number"

  • Attach photos/videos showing the issue

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions

  • Refunds (minus shipping fees) are processed within 7 working days after receipt of returned items

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error is on our part.
